Julie Paton
I found the perfect home for me in the Pacific Northwest city of Seattle. I live with my husband, a very large dog and two cats. When I’m not painting and designing my art, I enjoy gardening and outdoor activities. My career began at Hallmark Cards Inc. after attending college in Missouri. I left after 10 years to pursue freelance opportunities. Over the years, I have designed a variety of products for numerous clients. Some of these clients include Evergreen Enterprises, Creative Converting, Jetmax International, Gina B. Designs, Design Design, Marian Heath, Renaissance Greeting Cards, American Greetings, Hallmark Cards, Inc., Current, Inc., Prudent Publishing and The Printery House. Watercolor is my main medium, but I enjoy others in developing a variety of styles for traditional and casual looks for wide ranging products. My strong suit is florals, yet I also love landscapes. I have also begun to experiment more with patterns and texture for a rich tapestry of color and image.
I have a large collection of available images. Upon request I can design an original image for any specific product need. My website doesn’t show every available image so I am happy to provide a CD of all my work. In starting a website, I hope to offer new images on a regular basis. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or more information.
